An ideal day for catching up with blogging, you might think? Yes, and no. As apparently in many other islands, there is a power cut, and my laptop batteries are running out of power.
Sometimes there is a glimmer of sun, then rain is blown, and it almost seems as if I am looking at the mountain view through a net curtain.
Out beyond the bay I can see white horses at sea, sometimes a line of them across the horizon.
