Lincoln City meets Katapola

I was walking around the bay in Katapola and thought that I spotted the blue, green and red of the Lincolnshire flag.  I wondered which country had a flag like the Lincolnshire flag.  Then  saw that it was a Lincolnshire flag, attached to a yacht called the "Lincoln City".
